I bought a pair of these for each of my family, tall boots for my hubby, high tops for me and a pair of low tops for my son and daughter. We’ve had them for two years now and they never cease to amaze me. I find myself wearing them all the time. Recently, I was in a serious auto accident and was having severe back pain, I stopped wearing anything but my moccasins, as my feet where injured by the gas and brake pedals. With the Medieval Moccasins, I was able to loosen them up and be comfy in shoes while my feet healed. They aren’t just for the ren fair!! Thank you for the comfort. We all love our moccasins!!

I met Jean (lovely lady with silver hair and British accent) in line for coffee at the Escondido Ren Faire. I admired her shoes and told her so. Was I ever happy when I found she sold them. I went by the booth that afternoon and had my pair fitted. They were so comfortable, I talked my booth partner, into trying on a pair. We are living proof that once you try on a pair of Medieval mocs, you won't want to take them off! I wore them to work today and they are not only fashionable but comfortable as well. I get this indescribable sensation of "better than barefoot" because it is as comfortable as bare feet, but with the convenience of shoes-no rocks, stones or broken glass! Now I am going to have to buy a pair in every color!

When I first bought the shoes, I bought them for looks as anything else. I had read all the comments about people wearing them for every day and wondered how on earth they could do that when they were so simple. Today, I wore them to opening day at Ren Faire and I was so surprised to discover that my feet weren't any more tired than they'd normally be after a day of walking around, let alone walking around on such uneven terrain!

I am very impressed with your shoes and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone :)

The moccasins are amazing. I wear mine every day. That's why I need more pairs, so I can have different colors. I can't tell you how many people have stopped me to ask where I got such cool looking shoes & are they comfortable. Are they comfortable? They're like walking barefoot through the forest! (They don't believe me, but they probably don't believe in fairies either!) I carry little cards in my purse with your web site, email addy & phone #'s so they can check them out for themselves.

I just received my low top moccasins yesterday and wanted you to know how much I like them. They are just as you describe them and the leather … well, it's the softest stuff!! Like bedroom slippers rather than shoes. Can't wait to put them with my costume for the RennFest here in Maryland! I think I'll just stop by your shop and pick up another pair.

I just wanted you to know that I have been wearing my moccasins every day since I got them 7/04 at Faerieworlds. I was so pleased with them, that I bought a pair for my husband for Yule & another pair for myself. Here in Oregon, we have inclement weather much of the year & I have worn them through wind, rain, snow, mud, muck & even sunshine without any problems (except for having to let them dry out once in a while - I love that you can throw them in the washer to clean). I even wear them to work security at the university & I can stand many more hours in them than I could in "outer world" shoes. So many people ask me where to get them & I direct them your way.

I hope that I'll see you again at Faerieworlds this year so I can buy another pair in a different color. I'm going to buy at least 1 pair a year until I have every color.

In the meantime, I'll keep wearing the only shoes that I have ever found that are so comfortable that it feels like I'm walking barefoot.

I just wanted to write and let you know I wore my burgundy high-tops all day yesterday, and I kept looking at my feet because I couldn't take my eyes off the moccasins. They're lovely, and they'll be fabulous for my European trip (you're right—they do pack down small).

The moccasins came yesterday. I put them right on Ryan and adjusted the rosette. He wore them for a couple of hours yesterday afternoon with no problems. I do have to tie the laces very loosely to keep them from making marks across the top of Ryan's foot, but that is not a problem as his foot is on the footrest of the wheelchair and the shoes won't come off. Ryan wore his moccasins all morning this morning. I just took them off when I put him in bed for a nap. He did not want them taken off!!! There were no marks on his feet anywhere. The fit is wonderful for these little feet that bow up in the middle due to his cerebral palsy. Thank you soooooo much for all the help. I will let you know again how the shoes do after he has worn them all day for a few days. These are the first shoes or sandals that Ryan has been able to wear for hours with no rubs or marks anywhere on his feet. They are so soft and flexible that they easily conform to all the curves of his feet.

Just wanted to let you know that I traveled in New Zealand for 4 weeks with my moccasins. They packed down into a miniscule space in my bag which meant I could take all 6 pairs.

After a hard day's tramping, to come home and slip on the moccasins was a boon to aching feet. I wore them on the days not spent tramping and they were just as comfortable.

Anyone traveling OS who has your shoes should take them.
