Returns - Exchanges - Repairs

Returns:
We will gladly exchange or refund your payment (less shipping) for returns within 30 days from purchase, for unworn shoes. Custom orders are not refundable. Please include the form with your shoes when you ship. We are constantly trying to improve, so please let us know your reason.

Exchanges: We do our best to explain our sizes and show colors. If you are not happy with your shoes when they arrive, let us know right away. We must have receive your shoes within 30 days of shipping date.

Repair & re-sole prices:

Re-sole- $30.00
Custom & Boot Re-sole- $40.00

Schnips- Our "Schnip" repair is a customization of the shoe to allow adjustability. IWe recommend a "Schnip" when the rosette of the shoe has been tightened completely and is still loose on the foot. And when the tabs of the shoe or boot meet.
Sandals/Open Toe Slides- $5.00
Rosette only - $6.00 w/rounded tabs-$7.00
Full- $8.00
Boot- $12.00
Back schnip- $8.00

Boot Measurements

When ordering Tall Boots, the following measurements are required:

Ankle
Widest part of calf
Below knee
Height of leg from below knee to floor
Height from widest part of calf to floor

When placing your order, include these measurements in the Suggestions and Comments box. Or you may FAX, email or call with the measurements. We must have these measurements for a perfect fit.

Be sure to include your name and order number with the measurements. If you have ordered boots for more than one person in the same order, don't forget to tell us which set of measurements goes with which boot!

Domestic Shipping Charges

All orders to destinations within the United States will be shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.

Shipping and Handling:

Within the US- $6.00 for Shoes. Each additional pair $3.00.
$10.00 for Boots. Each additional pair $4.00
Outside US - Canada and Mexico: shipping is an additional $9.00.
For all other countries, shipping is an additional $17.00

International Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, etc.
International Orders are shipped USPS Global Priority. We will not ship to countries where we can not insure the shipment.

Shipping Time

Shipping time for all in stock items is 2 to 6 business days. Most in stock orders are shipped the same or the next day.

Shipping time for other items is 1 to 2 weeks; special order leathers and colors may take longer.

Shipping time for custom orders is 2 to 6 weeks.

Privacy Policy
