How our ordering system works:

• Go to the Check Out page.

• Enter your shipping and payment information in the form provided, and then press the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.

• You will be presented with a summary of your order, including shipping charges. Choose your method of payment and click "Continue."
  
• For credit card payments, enter your name as it appears on your credit card, the card number and expiration date. Click "Continue" to place your order.

• For orders paid by check, enter your check number in the space provided and click "Continue."

• You will be presented with a printable invoice - please print this invoice for your records. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent to you.

• If you have ordered any Custom Fit shoes, you must send foot tracings to Medieval Moccasins . Faxed or emailed tracings will not work. Please see the Custom Fit section of the questions page for more information. Be sure to include your name and order number with the tracings.

• If you have ordered any Tall Boots, you must send us your measurements. Please see the Boot Measurements section of the questions page for more information. Be sure to include your name and order number with the measurements.

When paying by CHECK:

• For orders paid by check, enter your check number in the space provided and click "Continue."
• You will receive a copy of your invoice by email. Print out a copy of it.
• Mail it to Medieval Moccasins at the address found at the top of the invoice, along with your check.
• Medieval Moccasins will only accept checks drawn from US banks, in US currency.

Your check must be received here in our workshop within 2 weeks or your order will be automatically cancelled.

When paying by CREDIT CARD, you have several options:

• By mail:
  Fill out the on-line form. Do NOT enter your credit card number. Choose "Check" and click "Continue."
  You will receive a copy of your invoice by email. Print out a copy of it.
  Write your credit card number and expiration date on the copy, and mail it to Medieval Moccasins at the address found at the top of the invoice.
  **Please note that international orders must be paid by credit card.

• By fax machine:
  Fill out the on-line form. Do NOT enter your credit card number. Choose "Check" and click "Continue."
  You will receive a copy of your invoice by email. Print out a copy of it.
  Write your credit card number and expiration date on the copy, and fax it to the Office Elf at 936-909-3385.

• By telephone:
  Fill out the on-line form. Do NOT enter your credit card number. Choose "Check" and click "Continue."
• You will receive a copy of your invoice by email. Then call us. Give the Office Elf your invoice number and credit card information over the phone. If our voice mail system takes your call, please let us know when you would like us to call you back.

  If you are sending your credit card information by mail, fax or telephone, payment must be received within 2 weeks or your order will be automatically cancelled.
  

• On-line:
  Fill out the on-line form. Select the credit card you would like to use and submit your order on-line.

Medieval Moccasins Return Policy:

• We will gladly exchange or refund your payment (less shipping) for returns, within 30 days from purchase, for unworn shoes. Custom orders are not refundable. We stand behind our product and will do our best to take care of any problems that may arise due to manufacturing defects.
